I purchased an item on 26 June 2025, with expected delivery date of 22 July 2025. It is 12 September 2025 and it is still not delivered. I put in a refund request on my order 3056854319326 and they are asking me to contact the post office… how is it my job to o contact whoever they contract to do deliveries ? They are the ones that know who does the shipping. I just want my money back but their system is not allowing me to get this . What else is a person suppose to do ?
I have purchased VW polo 9n carpets more than a week ago from this entity, there is no communication from the shop regarding this transaction, no delivery, when I attempt calling, the landline doesn’t work and the cell number when picked up I’m told it’s not for that shop and that I have gotten through to the wrong number. Have sent follow up email with no response. At this stage I am starting to feel like I got ****med.
This entity is not professional, I bought an item online, after they acknowledged receipt of payment, there was no further communication. i have been sending follow up emails to them and calling, but there is no response from them
