Was accused of intimidating a cashier with ****, and security did not call cops on me. Only to see my picture and car number plate trending on socials, and I reported to customer care on Monday after going to the store and got rude treatment from so called "managers" with no name tags. To-date there is no response from Engen after daily calling for feed back. If hellopeter does not help, I need ombudsman number of Engen because this is ill-treatment as am a professional, child t my parents, husband to my wife, father to my kids, and gran dad to my grand kids. I was quoted an amount approximately R1200 less the said the actual amount before purchasing a car through Absa finance, through a broker from Absa due to IT issues.Seven months down the line that is raised and am notified that my installment will be R1200 more going forward, and that debt accumulated will be written off (supposedly that's suppose to make me happy and agree). I am sent an email without any call, informing me on the above on Friday the 18/10/24 which is an instruction of what to expect from bank account debited. Called customer service and the broker, and am told that ghe issue is being investigated and will be reverted back to me.Ig the new/said amount of Insurance was said upfront I would not have bought the car as I cannot afford it going forward. I will reverse the new said amount, and pay what i signed on come Friday the 25/10/24 Alternatively between the insurance and finance institution they can take their car and we go our separate ways, Alternatively we go as per the contract o signed. Please spread the word to correct departments and keep me on the loop

Hi Team, Please assist me with Telkom as per below complaints below (they suck): Given two contracts and two insurance above the credit limit (no-one advised of the implications);On request of credit limit to be increased, it was not approved and that was never communicated with me by Telkom (month later after the contract was issued);Past three months since joining Telkom the lines are constantly suspended (as early as 2nd of every month) with no communication but invoices being emailed to me;On enquirering this month, credit limit was increased to cater for all the above costs, and to my surprise 1 line is still suspended although they are all in one account;Been calling since last week (12 September 2023) and am told to wait 5 to 24 hours turn around time with no reference numbers and that has not materialised to now;Be it the lines are unsuspended or not, what about the costs I incurred without being able to use data, and or minutes/sms, andwhat quality checks are there within their processes if such is happening with contracts that are approximately that much per month? It is in that context that I write to you guys so that you advise what are the steps to follow so that all the pain I experienced the past three months I can be re-imbursed or can explain to the telkom team in order to avoid exploitation of unsuspecting customers.
