I recently had a claim for a burst geyser, the initial geyser replacement was not too bad, however the repairs for the resultant ceiling damage is shocking. I have been trying since the 25th of February to have this matter sorted and still nothing. Been holding on for 25 minutes and still no agent assisting. I also find the agents quite rude, firstly they don't listen to what a person is saying and then put you on hold for 30 minutes. Really bad service as far as I am concerned.
We ordered a pair of shoes online and paid, but to date have still not received the shoes or a refund. They keep making excuses and blaming everyone else for the lack of delivery. Becareful ITS A ****
