Disgusting customer service. I placed an order on the 11/12/2025 and noticed a few days later that the status was still "Processing Order". I enquired multiple times through the chat widget and the customer service rep said that it will be picked up by the courier. I then receive a call on the 17/11/2025 from Hifi Corp telling me that there was a problem with the item. It has been damaged in transit and they will create a new order. I explained that I needed it delivered to my door instead of a pickup. I then messaged the customer service on WhatsApp and they took forever to reply - even after entering the chat and engaging with me. I explained that this was their fault for the delay and they should arrange to rush delivery. The rep blatantly said he cannot do that. I then tried calling the so called customer support number on their website, to which I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. The service is absolutely disappointing, especially since I am a first time customer. No apology and no attempt to rectify the situation as quick as possible.
Signed up to their email list to receive a R100 voucher. I was not able to use the voucher however, their team sent me another voucher within 24 hours. I did my own design work for a printed mug. The parcel was protected with bubble wrap and sent. I received my shipment very quickly. The only downfall was that the print is slightly skew on the mug. I hoped there would be quality checking. Also the mug was very very dirty inside.
It was my first time ordering from their online store, which was easy to navigate and use. At first I was concerned as I tried contacting them over the weekend and did not get any reply, however on Monday morning, Alex gave me a call to explain that my order and payment was received and it would be dispatched later that day. I received my order the following day and everything is in good condition! Thanks GAME 4U
I placed an order on Friday and received confirmation that my order was being processed. I selected the express delivery option. I checked in again on Monday and the status was still saying processing. I tried to call the online store landline, which went to voicemail. I tried 2 other branches which I know exist, and that too went to voicemail. I even sent WhatsApp messages, and countless emails to 3 different email addresses before calling another 3 times on the landline. No response and I am concerned that I have been ****med. I do not have any branch near to me so I do not know what to do...
Good quality products, quick turnaround time and excellent customer service. I have purchased 4 times this year and the service I received from Carol was excellent. All products were made according to my specs. I used online payment method and it is secured by PayFast. I do not have a problem with them or the website. Keep up the good work!
