We app**** for a loan and after providing the required documents the ladies started calling - one after the other - three to four times a day finalising information etc. They all advised us that the loan has been approved, and they just need to finalise the loan agreement etc etc. We accepted the terms and conditions, and they send through a Debit Order authorisation which we approved on our banking app. A few days later another lady phoned same story with another Debit Order authorisation. We approved once again questioning the two (2) Debit Orders now on our banking account. She told us the one will cancel out the other one - needless to say that did not happen. Now we received a sms advising us the loan was in fact NOT approved without any reasons. We advised the bank to cancel the TWO debit order mandates as the loan was not approved. - the bank to our surprise advised us that they cannot cancel this type of Debit Order authorisations and DirectAxis must cancel it from their side. Guess what - we do not get any response from them on any type of communication and the Debit Orders are still active on our account!!!!!!! They will therefore proceed to collect money from our account ********ly and therefore *****ing from us! How can they be allowed to do this?
I bought 70 sets of led string lights for my wedding at the Menlyn branch - 20 sets are not working. The staff refused to assist me to exchange it for working ones and actually laughed at me - they also refused to give me the owner's telephone number and only gave me an email address. Needless to say you do not get any reply. Beware - this company sells defective items.
