I have been calling to follow up on claim however all the lines are unavailable and reception no one is answering the phone it's been four days and their Whatsapp whoever is handling it shame she/he really needs some kind of customer service training she read messages only to respond not to understand then they will leave you hanging
I worked for the company for more than 7years on the 26th of January we went to work only the find the door are closed we ent inside to investigate,we were told headoffice they're coming to address us fast forward we were retrenched till today the company hasn't paid us what is due to us no communication nothing been calling their hr everytime I call she doesn't know anything.they were supposed to pay us on the 25th July 2023 we had to call them and find out why our money was not reflecting they told us they will pay us on the 25th November 2023 till this day they haven't pay us I sent countless emails haven't get any response.we had to sign an agreement in order for us to get our ui19 and provident fund forms
Paid for installation on 8th waited for installation,the guy want to come on his suitable time we made 3 arrangements for installation in all those arrangements he never came his phone was on voicemail after sometime got a call from another guy who told me they coming to install without and arrangements it was on Monday I since asked for my money back till today I haven't receive my money even after countless calls I made I was told they will call me since since liteng skyfiber whatever the name is,they don't know what they doing I have never seen such poor service in my existence 😠😠😠😠
