I bought a house that has this geyser installed before I moved in, but, no matter how much I tried, the company cannot assist me with a user manual. The geyser is smart and locked, so I cannot make any adjustments and power4less just ignores me saying they have no record of my geyser, how should that be "my" problem?. I was going to get others to purchase this technology, but now I think everyone should steer clear, there is absolutely no aftersales service on such an expensive item.
ACE auto are able to get a very rare part, but it can take a long time. In my case 1 month. Their website is confusing, should you order online and decide to collect the part, you must make sure that it is delivered to the correct branch. They don't seem to have an email address for queries only a phone number.
I purchased a Rio leather combo PVC couch with cup holders about 2 years ago. It has now started to peel on the leather parts of the couch. I bought leather thinking that it would outlast other materials and therefore was prepared to pay the more expensive price. I now think that I have been ****med because it seems like there is no leather in the couch but is entirely made of vinal PVC. The part of the back support where your head rests on is peeling like plastic. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do because it is out of warranty period, other than to warn shoppers to be careful of this product, because it's not being sold as advertised.
You order online,, you track and that's where it ends, there is never an item ready for collection, status remains on order.
