IPS phoned me on 21 February 2024 at 13:25 and the lady asked if I had time to listen to her. I said yes and asked me what supplements do I use. I answered her and she proposed three of which 2 of the vitamins of other brands I already taking. She kept calling me "tannie" which is according to me not professional. At the same time she kept talking to me like a child that our health is very important. When she finished she asked when can they send the package not indicating what it will cost. I told her I'm not interested and her demeanor changed immediately. She asked me very rudely why I let her talk so long if I was not interested. I told her that I wanted to hear what they offer. She was very rude and I dropped the phone. Not very nice people. Please avoid them.
I love this clinic, it is clean, super friendly staff, they had a short consultation with me on the day of my treatment. Angeline was very patient with all my questions and put me at ease. I highly recommend this clinic for hair removal. Very reasonable prices and the have packages to choose from if you continue with (in my case) hair removal.
VirSeker contacted me on 23 August 2023 to give me a quotation for car and house insurance. I sent an e-mail on 25 August 2023 requesting the policy, 888146256 to be cancelled. I received a read confirmation and no further correspondence regarding the matter until I received an e-mail this week to ask for the photos of my car which I didn't sent. On 26 September 2023 Virseker ********ly debited my account with R556.45. I tried several times to contact them telephonically and waited up to 30 minutes twice without success. I also sent e-mails via their website to contact me which didn't happen. I only received a request to rate their webpage. I even tried to cancel the policy on their page but there is no option available NEVER EVER use Virseker. They debited my account and they restricted my ability to contact them. What about next month and the reimbur*****t? If this is how their service is, I don't even want to know how they will handle a claim. May you please assist.
