I am on a free package but they are deducting R195 from my account every month. I have sent them sn email to cancel my account altogether.
My order has been cancelled. When i called to get more information, i was told that it is due to damaged stock from the supplier. Unfortunately, I needed this by Friday the 29th Aug. I can't wait for 15 working days to get my refund back. Please expedite the refund process so i can buy this from somewhere else as this was a mustake from your end. Thanks
I had an issue with internet connection and Thandeka from home-connect (ref number 585550) managed to help me.
Cell c is deducting money from my account relating to a contract phone I did not apply for. According to cell c, someone did the online application using my details. However, the physical address and the email are not mine. The interesting part is that the online applications don't require someone to submit their documents including the copy of their id. I was told by cell c to go to the police station to do the affidavit that the account was opened *****ulently. I submitted all the ducuments to *****query@cellc.co.za but still no help from cell c. I am very disappointed with cell c.
