I ordered via Mr Delivery and called them with a special request, to not spice chips and to make sure my husband's chicken is not too hot or spicy - due to health reasons. I made a purchase on 29 October and received a response that delivery would be done by 2 November. I am still waiting! Days later, I received an email informing me that they would cancel my order because there was an issue with the supplier. I refused this and informed them that I wanted this item as it was bought as a gift and my granddaughter is VERY excited . They then sent me an email that the order was delayed—it is the 18th today—and I am still waiting! WORST of all is that this item is still for sale on the website ! I want my product! No service , No response to my emails !

Although it was a HUGE mission to get my installation sorted out , it was done on Sunday . I just want to say a HUGE thank you to TSHEPO and KHANYISE - the technicians that came out on Sunday. 2 Lovely young men that was so professional and courteous. You guys are definitely a good example of excellent customer service - You company can learn from you ! Thank you guys , I appreciate your patience and the fact that you sorted my connection out . VUMATEL - these guys deserve the recognition and a bonus !
VERY disappointed - I was called yesterday at 16:00 and told that they would connect my service . I was told it will be up an running in 2hours - 24hours later and I am still not connected . Called same number 0109003359 - hold on for 22 minutes , somebody answers the call and drops it immediately . Call again and hold on for 32 minutes , then it goes to VOICE mail !!?? Is this how you treat your customers ? I work from home , unable to connect and have to buy data at my own expense . Not happy and doubting my decision to take up this service ...

What a lovely person to speak to that understood my limited knowledge of all things "IT" and helped me within 5 minutes to restore my connection . Banele's heart is in the right place , best customer service experience ever ! I salute you !
