I cannot believe the service i have just received from Outsurance My car needed to be towed from my home to the dealership. I phoned Outsurance at 7.07 am this morning and by 7.37 am the car was loaded and in its way. Unbeatable service, it literally took my breath away. Well done to both Outsurance and the towing company.
Last week Wednesday my precious furbaby was sick. I took him to the vet and after his treatment and medication I paid the bill of over R1200. Came home and submitted the paperwork to Dotsure, lo and behold the refund was in my account early Friday morning. I have never been disappointed in the service i have received from Dotsure over the years. They are the very best and other companies could learn a lot about customer service from them. Hats off to them.
What an experience - DREADFUL ! I found myself alone this Xmas. After seeing the adverts for Shauns meals thought this might make a difference to a miserable day and cheer me up. I ordered on 30 November, sent a later message to confirm my order later and waited with anticipation. Xmas day arrives and I wait and wait and wait. At 1.30 pm I sent a message and he rep**** that it should have been delivered hours ago, here must have been a mix-up with the orders, and would try and reach the driver. Later I told him to forget it. Now 4 days later have been waiting to see if I at least receive a phone call or message of apology, nothing, not a word. Thank you Shaun for making a "****py" day even worse.
I was previously with Outsurance for 26 years when I moved overseas and then cancelled my policy with them. I have now returned to South Africa and, without hesitation, on purchasing a new vehicle, my first instinct was to contact Outsurance. I did not even contact any other insurance company as I had full faith and confidence that I would get the best cover at the best price. This I did, along with excellent service and advise from the consultant. Cannot recommend them enough.
We recently moved from South Africa to the UK . The service we received from Seven Seas Worldwide was phenomenal. From our first interaction with them to the very end was faultless. The chaps who delivered the empty Cube to our home in Bedfordview were extremely helpful. The man who delivered the Cube here in the UK was equally helpful. Everything arrived in perfect condition . The tracker is so easy to follow, and gives one peace of mind. We would definitely recommend Seven Seas without hesitation.
It is such a refreshing change to deal with a company like Dotsure. I have pet insurance with them. They respond immediately to any queries, refund vet visits within hours and are such a pleasure to deal with. A lot of other companies could take a lesson from Dotsure on how to deal with customers and run a business. Well done Dotsure.
I placed 2 x orders on 7 September, was advised that delivery would be from 13 to 28 September. When I try and track my orders it shows "in transit" it has been like this since 18 September and no further movement. I have tried to contact them on line, but when you choose the option to contact them it comes up with Oops not available. Are these people genuine or have I been ****med?
