I got a lease on the 5th of July from a person named Poppy Hlatswayo after waiting for over a year and running after them to assist me and I was instructed to move in immediately. It had a months free rent promotion which I believe should apply when I move in on the 1st day of the month. I emailed them back to explain that I can’t move out where I am on the 5th of July because I need to serve a months notice. The agents are very non chalant and don’t care for their tenants. You have to always do the running after them and they don’t reply to emails. They are very non chalant, non responsive and unprofessional. This property is a government subsidy which I will still pay but the government should not be partnering with people like zelri properties who are not customer centric. This is very upsetting!
Memoria Gomba assisted me with understanding what I wanted to purchase. She did not have enough product knowledge however she only had good things to say about the product, let’s hope it wasn’t cause she wanted to make a sale.
Worst customer service team - they are all written potatoes! They are horrible agents, I question the QUALITY department not so strict! I got ****med online, spoke to 9 different agents and none could help me!!!!???? They sleep whilst on w call, they are very rude and don’t want to conflude
I went to do my lashes on Thursday and the lady put glue into my eyes. I now have an infection - I lashes every month and I have never experienced this before. Went back for a removal and I was forced to pay for everything. The looked at the Instagram and decided to do my hair - my hair looks nothing like what is on Instagram and I told the lady she insisted this was it. I sent an email and WhatsApp message and I am being ignored! Extremely disappointed! Over 1k down the drain for bad customer service and bad service delivery - now I need to walk around with this horrible hairstyle cause that’s my money!
