Stellar customer support!
I have been a customer of RocketNet for over 5 years, making use of their fibre package on the Vumatel network. At the start of this year, I had to move my landline from Telkom due to the service being removed in the area. I opted for a VOIP service from RocketNet. They were prompt and polite in attending to my request. Upon their request from Telkom to transfer the number to RocketNet, they were rejected due to the number being "inactive". Both RocketNet and I fought with Telkom for over 6 months on a weekly basis to get the number transferred. Thanks to RocketNet's perseverance, they finally managed to transfer the number over and activate it on their network. RocketNet and their support team have set the standard for what Customer Service should be, even for a simple thing such as a VOIP service. I commend them for not giving up, which led to a really happy customer and this positive review. Whether you're interested in getting an ISP for your fibre or VOIP services, you can't go wrong with RocketNet! They have been shown to provide top-tier-level support.
