My mom had such a bad experience She had *****ulent activity happen to her account She called more then 3 times with no assistance 1st lady Nohana, she hang up before we could ask for assistance 2nd lady she went through to Nobuhle and she can couldn’t answer our questions even after a 5 min of giving security questions 3rd guy Hanya he told me straight that ***** department will be available after 8pm How are people supposed to wait that long till they get assistance ,as money is taken out of their account. And they can only be assured after 8pm Not happy at all , would not recommend
Management should be aware that there are people that go into the shop and ask other customers for money Twice I came across the same lady on different occasions asking me for money . The story is that the card declined and they cannot buy bread or food for her kids. Or it’s a sob story of how she is just short to get food and she is starving. This throws us off as the customer becomes I want to shop in peace and not have people asking for money.
Enjoyed my experience with the Eastgate staff , they helped me with purchasing me ticket for my bus travel.
Visited SPAR and it was the worst experience ever. The staff was so rude when I was trying to buy a bus ticket , I had to go till to till to get a cash back , no one was able to help me . I had to queue the whole time when trying to get cash …. Mind you their ATM did not work, that is why I had to go into the shops to ask for money. Not the best experience. Would not recommend
Spoke to a wonderful sales person , Sihle Mbatha . Helped me with an order from start to finished , didn't mind taking me through the steps in processing my order. I was really impressed with her people skills. Loved the service
