I've never been disgusted by a service that I've received at this hotel. 1.we checked in on the 25th Christmas day the receptionist was not friendly we asked her to check out at 12h00 she told us the hotel was busy, but there were guests who checked out at one. 2.she never gave me my changed she told me I'll get it when I check out, which I didn't, that means she kept it to herself, cause want I know she was supposed to write a note for the next person but I guess she did not. And I want my change back. 3 the service that we received at the buffet at dinner the stuff was very friendly and helpful. But we were over charged for kids they said it half price but we were charged more than that for kids who hardly ate, and we were not allowed to take they food to the room, so we just donated our money cause the kids were not hungry by that time. 4.this was topped everything, the stuff that worked at the restaurant in the morning the were unwelcoming, rude, cold, you could see these people are very cruel, I walked around the restaurant looking for something, I could ask any of them cause of they welcoming face, they did even bother to clear our table, but the could see that we're done eating they just left them pile up on our table the just gave us a cold look and passed, we didn't feel comfortable as if we did something wrong, even my son noticed that and he was in hurry just to leave the hotel because of this stuff. We went there to unwide with the family, not knowing that we're we are going will get a horrifying experience, with cruel people, I will never ever go to that hotel, imagine paying for such experience. 5 the carpet was dirty with only one biscuit.
Yesterday I went to woolworths maponya Mall, to shop for snacks and drinks, when I was done with my shopping leaving the store the security guard at the door place his leg in front on those alarm things at the entrance same time was I was about to exit the door and it beeped and he stop me, to search my items, he only searched to items, did not check the slip, did not if check those items at that alarm thing if these items had tags, funny thing it's snacks, I felt so humiliated as if was the theive, or is the the problem that I come every week to shop the or is it the way I dressed but like really I'm really disappointed, came back the second time, same day cause my app had issues to I went to the bank to fix it and purchased those items I left back, still I had a security guard following me as if I was the only person who was shopping in that store, even now I can't sleep thinking how I was treated at woolworths, funny thing I shop there peacefully, I buy with cash I don't bother anyone, but being humiliated like that it's other thing,
It's almost a month I haven't received my refund, so I want to know am I getting my money back or not so I can take this matter further, cause I can see I'm being bul**** for my money or is just because I'm a black person that you doing this, 😡😡😡😡😡😡
I purchase some items online game store and and my item was canceled, then promise to refund within 7-14 days since the 23rd of September 2023 till today I haven't head from them, can I please have my money back
I'm am still not happy with their out come, these a minor child involve he, for you to be taking any decisions that you, took where you the one paying the policie, I not letting this if I have to go to the media will do that, I'm taking this to high court, imagine having leaving your loved ones with a policy from metropolitan, they going to suffer, that why some people are canceling their policy with you. You don't care about people needs
I warn customers not to shop at makro and game online store, they cancel your order without telling you, and take years to get your refund, I bought items from both these store they delivered some of my item and the rest was canceled by the store, no one bothered to inform me I had to call their customer care, but it was useless I didn't get any help since the 23 of September I'm still waiting for my refunds from both these stores, they know the give **** service, on their Instagram page the blocked people from complaining about their bad customer service. I really really regret
I once had a bad customer service with metropolitan, and I canceled my policies with them, now the father of child pass on in 2019 and receive message that the was unclaimed retirement funds that need to be claimed, all the kids submit their documents and only one child received all the funds their said she's a minor, but my son is also a minor his 15 years old and didn't not receive even a cent, I don't understand why, when I first went to the branch to apply I was told my son will get the money is at school, but now things changed. So I would like to warn the people who have policy like these with metropolitan that when you die it not guaranteed that your loved ones will get the money, my son is evening crying even today when I told her he won't be get the money cause he's an a student and I promise I'll buy him a laptop, pay his Saturday classes at uj, but now I can't. I'm also not working, Metropolitan you have failed my child, if anything happens to him I'm going to blame you 😭😭😭
