Rectification After a Complete Mess by Another MBR!
After my Volvo was absolutely butchered by another motor body repair shop, I insisted my vehicle needs to go to SMH Paint Technics. 5 star service all the way! The quality of the repair is absolutely spot on. My car looks brand new. Thanks Karen and the rest of the team. You have done a fantastic job at restoring my pride and joy!

Demonstrated incompetence, Poor or non-existent customer service!
From the minute my vehicle arrived there I started getting concerned. The parking area looks like a s**** yard. The service was extremely slow and my vehicle stood outside for long before any work was conducted. A small repair took 28 days. When I received my car back a panel that was damaged underneath was not fixed and painted, a sill cover was not repaired or replaced, the fender was misaligned terribly. wherever paint was app**** deep preparation marks were visible under the paint, some dimpled paint application was visible, a over that was supposedly replaced was merely glued back on and poorly aligned. Needless to say the vehicle went back and it took forever to get the vehicle back as their courtesy vehicles were all damaged in the hailstorm (for 2 months?). Eventually the vehicle was booked in without a replacement vehicle and miraculously it took only two days to repair all of the above! Well in fact all that was repaired is a loose panel below the door was simply glued back and all the other issues were ignored. The vehicle is now booked in with another motor body repair shop to attend to all of these problems and it will take only 10 working days! Here is my advice: "Renew-IT" = not so much! Do not use them! You will lose value on your vehicle or have to go through a second repair.

Dominator *******!
Dominator pool cleaner. Used to be able to buy a replacement kit for the pathetic spindle that does not last for less than R300. Now have to buy a “tune up kit” with wheels etc you do not need for over R1,300 . Money making ****! Will never buy another Kreepy product!!!!
