These people, they took my case last year in Nov 2025 but failed to help me, everytime I had to follow up with them regarding my case. When my case needed to go to court they told me they are can't represent me. What waste of time and money. The work under Abvob, I regret ever associate with them. I have been paying my premiums for more than 2 years.
I bought a Sliding Barn Door System Kit on OneDayOnly on 4th of January 2026 and return the product because it was not as I expected. I experienced issues when I tried using their return option and there was lot of back and forth. Since the product was returned I got email saying my refund was processed on the 19th of Jan 2026 but I haven't received my money. I have tried reaching out but I was told I must reach out to Payflex which did but no help and I was then told I must reach out to Vodapay for my refund. This is bad services 😕 in all honest. I am really disappointed with how I am being treated for my money.
I ordered Electric and Gas stove on the 22 March 2025. I realised that they delivered the incorrect stove, the description said it comes with a gas oven but one I got was Electric oven. I requested for a return but still got same product. I had to request for refund since they did not have the product I wanted. Today is 20 May 2025, I still don't have my money back. This is bad serves at core. If I don't follow up, no one will bother to update me.
I was insured by King price from April 2024 and when I got involved in an accident in Oct 2024 and declined and cancelled my insurance policy because I used my car on e- hailing on a part time basis. The time I got involved in an accident I was not operating on e-hailing. I should have stayed with my prior insurance and regret for switching to King Price.
I was involved in an accident on the 4th of October 2024. It was a traumatic experience but the help from Kwena (Tow and family cab arrangements) really lifted the wait on my shoulder. I am really grateful for your assistance. If it was possible to rate more 5 stars, I would do.
I switched from my current insurance and joined Budget insurance and the policy was suppose to start on the 26 March 2024 but this could not work for me because I was already cover. The sales person decided that he was going to call me to move the date but this never happen and the y moved the date without consent Later in March I asked budget to cancel the policy before it started and the lady from Budget Insurance said she was going ask it to be cancelled. To my surprise Budget went ahead debit my account without my consent for the month of April and I am already covered by King Price Insurance. I asked the Budget Insurance to refund my money and they are telling me, I must ask King Price to give me half and get half from Budget Insurance. Budget is forcing me to do business with them. I can't pay 2 car insurance policy for 1 vehicle. I call this ****ming.

I really wanna thank an amazing services I received from Phathu who works at Meadowdale FNB branch. I openned a youth account for my daughter and the process was pretty easy. The issue came when I needed an app, I went to Primrose FNB branch twice but they could not resolve the issue 100% and went to GreenStone FNB Branch and the problem was partially resolved (The issues was that there were two profiles under my name and one needed to be deleted so I can open an account for myself, Phathu was very petient with me throughout the process, this was after struggling for a week) Phathu managed to resolve the issues in one day. She is very knowlegable staff member. Both my account and the youth account working properly. Big up for great service
