My husband took his car mid January for service and was told the car needed to be stripped the engine. He was not told when the car would be ready and with multiple follow ups, he was told the parts are being ordered from China and the service job will take 2-3 months. This is such an inconvenience as he needs to uber everywhere while the car is still under warranty. He was told no vehicle is available for him to use in the interim. I then stepped in and made follow ups and was informed that there are internal issues going on at Havel hence the delay. Now how is that ok for the customer as we are heavily inconvenienced. Other brands have courtesy vehicles (I called the car brand I drive Chery). We are still waiting here on and it’s money we are needing to spend on top of the instalments we are paying.
My husband booked with agoda for 2 nights at suncity Cabanas. We get there and told agoda is no longer a partner with Suncity because of issues that have been standing. Now as I am writing this, I have been sitting at the foyer for 3 hours and my husband is on the call with the agent being thrown from 1 phone call to another. Agoda agent told him the 3rd agent didn't complete the booking yet we got a paid confirmation from them the day he paid which was a 10 days ago. He askes for the 3rd party numbers and agent says they cant share their details. She then says she is trying to get hold of the front desk at Cabanas, husband gives phone to the guy who is at front desk and calls her out on the fact that they no longer working with them, why is she lying. This is meant to be our 5th wedding anniversary away and I'm tired, hungry, sleepy annoyed. I feel for my husband because he really wanted to make this special. Agoda then says we will refund you in agoda cash, like how is that mean to help us because that cash means we are going to be dealing with them again in the future, I want none of that! We drove all the way from Midrand and to be told ' we can make a FREE cancelation for you'. Like are you doing us a favour! Above all, we had to rebook ( thank God we had money to do so and it's not cheap either to book on the day) Never again. If you are wanting to sleep at Sun city, don't book with Agoda!
Trying to get out of debt is seemingly difficult despite having your ducks in a row. I have been paying for my accounts religiously since end September 2020 and have managed to pay off 3 of the accounts but I have been getting calls and emails that my accounts are in arrears. Your offices clearly have no communication systems as I emailed you my statements from 2020 September when I took back my accounts from Debt rescue. I have been in contact with Cecile.lupke@absa.co.za who is a team leader and within the missing payments department. Been asked to speak to Lutendo Maano as the Debt review officer 086 21 222 272 opt 6. An email sent in December 2021 was only responded in April on the 11th 2022. I have emailed basically all departments and forwarded all documents and nothing is being done. I.e, missing payments, debt review department. I was even told you will not help me because I'm emailing you from a personal account which I found to be convenient for you guys yet we been communicating all along using that account and when things are finally adding up, I'm told I can't be helped anymore. This year on the 4th of September at 9am on a Saturday, I go a call from Nqobile from collections who said she will get the manager Linda to call me as I related the above to her, she was so helpful, 21 September, I was called by Phumlani and I told him clearly there is no communication systems within your departments and he assured me he will send me an email to forward all the above with statements in support. I never got that email. I have managed to pay off the last account with you and I would like this dragging relationship to end so I get my name cleared from you guys.
