Ever since I bought my Suzuki Fronx from Rivonia in 2023, I have never had any dificluties with them, they are open with their communication, and their service and staff are just friendly. With all delearships I have dealt with in the past, I must say these guys are awesome!! Even Jan from parts is always friendly and quick with a joke that makes your day! I am writing to express my concerns regarding my visit to Groenkloof Life Hospital on the 15th of December. I sought medical attention due to flu-like symptoms accompanied by a fever of 38 degrees and a severe headache. During my visit, which lasted approximately two hours, the attending doctor discharged me with prescriptions for Eerflue to support my immune system and Panado for symptom relief. I understand and accept the consultation fee of R999, especially since my Discovery plan does not cover casualty visits. However, I was deeply disheartened to learn that an additional fee of R991.80 was charged for the use of hospital facilities. This charge seems excessive, particularly given the short duration of my visit and the fact that I neither occupied a room nor interfered with the availability of space for other urgent patients. I find this practice highly concerning, as it appears to unfairly burden patients who are already dealing with health challenges. While I respect the need for operational costs, I urge the hospital to consider a more transparent and equitable approach to billing for facility usage, especially for brief visits.
Good day Nokuthula and Coleman I am extremely dissatisfied with the pathetic service regarding the statement reflecting an outstanding amount of R991. This amount was settled in full on the day of my visit to casualty at Life Groenkoof, and my medical aid also processed payment for the services rendered. I have already submitted all necessary documentation to Life Healthcare to facilitate a refund. Despite this, no progress has been made. Kindly clarify this matter or resolve it without further delay. Attached are the relevant email correspondence and supporting documents for your reference. I trust this will be addressed immediately. Good day. I hope all is well. My name is Jeremy Bermudez, and I have been a client of Old Mutual since 2017, with the assistance of financial advisor by the name of Kevin Talbot from the Pretoria East Area. I am now currently in the need of a new financial assistance urgently, as on Friday the 6th of October, I have experienced unprofessional service from him. On the 22nd of September, I have requested R25000 to be debited from my account on the 9th of October, but on Wednesday last week, I have found a great deal of a vehicle, that I have been planning since June of this year, and on Wednesday I have finally found what I have been looking for unexpectedly. Therefore, as a result, I contacted Kevin on Thursday evening via WhatsApp if he could please try and stop the debit order on Friday, as I was hoping to use the R20000 as a deposit towards my car. I understand, it was short notice, and I did apologize for the short notice and inconvenience, he then phoned me and said that I was messing around with him, and he also phoned me, and I was speaking to him I said that I know it's short notice, and that this just happened unplanned, his response was "these things don't just happen". And he hangs up on me, when I was still trying to explain to him. I then sent him a message saying that , I understand his frustration, but there's was no need for rudeness, unprofessionalism and disrespect. He then phones me back, extremely aggressive, by saying that he did not appreciate it that I called him, rude and he used a very awful term by saying that he always bends forward for me, and the most unprofessional thing, he is that he treated me like a small child and talking over me and not allowing to speak at all. Therefore, I would like a new advisor, as I would not want to deal with Kevin Talbot at all. I look forward to your response as soon as possible. Regards,
