Excellent Service at Suzuki Rivonia I would like to commend Suzuki Rivonia for the outstanding service I consistently receive whenever I take my car in for a service, especially from Mr. Andile Mpumzi and the driver Mr. Ben Mogasi. They always go above and beyond to ensure that I am assisted in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner. Their positive attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help make every visit a pleasant experience. They truly represent the values of excellent customer service and professionalism. Suzuki would greatly benefit from hiring more employees like Andile and Ben, as they set a very high standard and reflect positively on the brand. Excellent Service!
Had the pleasure of getting great advice and excellent information from Yvonne Wolhuter from the dealership and managed to secure an excellent understanding of what I wanted needed vs what I wanted and what I could afford. SUZUKI RIVONIA 's BAD SERVICE
very bad service from Justin I took my car for a service, I told then I'll pay with fleet card then after they're done they called and said the car is ready when i got there they told me their machine is having a problem and since that morning and asked me if there is any suggestion from my side , i told them I'll come and do the payment as soon as their machine is back in order, they refuse and told me they can't release the car , whereas they know me i always service with them. so disappointed as this was their faulty machine not mine, NO MORE SUZUKI RIVONIA for me Not recommending anyone for this bad experience

Best Serive from Suzuki Rivonia!!
Ever since I bought my Suzuki Fronx from Rivonia in 2023, I have never had any dificluties with them, they are open with their communication, and their service and staff are just friendly. With all delearships I have dealt with in the past, I must say these guys are awesome!! Even Jan from parts is always friendly and quick with a joke that makes your day!
