I purchased my Honor 200 lite last month, I am currently enjoying my phone, everything was cloned from my old phone Hauwei p30 lite. The only problem I have it didn't copy my music or can't insert my memory card besides that I love my phone.
I have been having an issue with connecting to my outside room with my fiber, since Sunday I have been sending messages to inform them about the problem but no "agent" was available to chat with, even today the same story no response as yet. I regret using this company.
I paid on the30 March 2024, received a call from the agent to confirm my address on Tuesday the 2nd and they told me they will install this coming Thursday. Now it's Friday and no one has called to explain when they will install.
Some of my channels like mzansi magic, etv, etc... freeze while playing, would like to know what causes that to happen. I switched my decoder on and off but still nothing changed.
Since Sunday my area (at Slovoville) has been having problem to connect to our Fibre, our cable is disconnected, the router is showing a red light with LOS. Vuma doesn't have a direct line to call.
