I AM SO ASTOUNDED BY THE GOOD SERVICE BROUGHT TO ME BY STHEMBISO TODAY. MINUTES AGO MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED. WOW! THIS DRIVER WAS SO AMAZING. DID NOT GET IMPATIENT WITH US AS WE TOOK A WHILE TO OPEN OUR GATE, THE DRIVER MESSAGED ME AND SAID HI I AM OUTSIDE COULD YOU PLEASE OPEN, IF THE ADDRESS HAS CHANGED PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL DELIVER THERE. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH GOOD SERVICE FROM SHEIN'S CHOSEN EXTERNAL LOGISTIC PROVIDERS. I AM SO SO HAPPY, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE IT IS CHRISTMAS TIME. ANYONE THAT HAS POSTED BAD REVIEWS IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS FOR THEIR SHEIN ORDERS, YOUR ORDERS WERE MISPLACED BY SHEIN AND NOT THE EXTERNAL PROVIDERS, YOUR ISSUE IS WITH SHEIN NOT WITH THE LOGISTIC COMPANIES.
My Lay-by expired and I was not notified about it, and did not even know about an expiration date. The least you could do as a corporate company is a courtesy call to say that the lay-by is about to expire can you make a payment or your item will be put back into stock. I am very disappointed as I wanted this item hence putting it on lay-by. I am a frequent shopper at DMF so NO FOLLOW-UP was very surprising, as I am used to good customer service in this branch. The branch I went to was The Glen Shopping Center.
