Communication sucks
Good morning Im writing this with very mixed emotions. I bought so many items from your company. In store and on line This time I realise that your marketing is very good but your after service is horrible. Please do me a favour: Phone 041 4026800 and try to speak To ANYONE at Volpes. Nevermind not knowing how to search for my online shopping parcel, I can't even speak to some one at Volpes. Nr 1 is Customer Service..... No answer.... Message service is full Nr 2 is Reception..... No answer...... MESSAGE SERVICE IS FULL... again. Info@volpes..... Ignore my email How de hell am I to find out where my parcel is Order nr 713446 ordered online on 24 April. Not ONE word after I placed the order. Isn't this just terrible service. Hello Peter is my next communication and FB.... Bad services in SA. I do not want a sorry mam. I want you to up your telephone services and your communication skills Petro

Dishonest online shop. Stay away.
After I did a bad review on Snatcher, they contacted me yhe following day to pacify me with an email promising me the world.... Just to get me off their back. After another 3 weeks and many emails backwards and forward, still nothing delivered. Their style is to react on your complaint here in Hellopeter so they look good on paper but they are dishonest and take your money but never deliver the goods. Please stay away from them.

Terrible. Stay away.
I am one of millions complaining about non delivery from Snatcher but still nothing is done to close this company down. The name says it all..... Snatch your money and run. Ordered on 19 September 2023. Promises via email and no delivery. Never ever again. Sad that they break trust with online shopping. Surely there must be a protecting body where we can get them investigated or to be interviewed by Carte Blanch?
