Do not buy a mattress here. I purchased a queen not more than 6 years ago through the owner. It was super comfortable at first but last year I started having back pain, realised the one side that I slept on was much softer than the unslept on side. I swapped it around but my lower back pain progressed so badly that I have could not sleep. I spent R1 000 at physio and more having massages. Physio could not find out what was wrong, he even sent me for a gout test! Luckily it was negative. Since purchasing another brand of new mattress 2 weeks ago, my back is 100%. Months of bad sleep. Dont buy here.
My contract ended earlier this year and even before it was up, I started getting calls from Summer Mobile on their behalf to tell me it had ended. Six months later I still get multiple calls weekly to tell me my contract has ended. Blocking the number does not help. Surely this is *******?
Defy replaced by landlord with Univa stovetop and it is the slowest, worst stove I have ever used. Just took 25 minutes to fry sweetcorn fritters, on level 5/6. They don't brown and when you turn it to level 6, they burn. Soggy result all round.
Ordered a Cielo Valgary Console on line which I collected at their depot 3 weeks ago only to find that the assembly kit was missing. After 2 weeks of emails and calls with Yonela at customer care, assuring me they were looking for an extra assembly kit, still nothing. Emails get ignored. I called 4 days ago and spoke to a new person who promised to overnight courier them to me. Nothing since, daily emails ignored. Called now to ask again, now awaiting a reply
