What a terrible experience. I used them when Gavin was involved a number of years back and that was a good experience. I recently used them and spend over R40,000 in redoing my whole pool. When I experienced a problem after the installation was complete, I got nothing by disinterested slapdash quotes without even a proper diagnosis. I even got a quote for nearly a R1000 to replace a gasket. When I pushed back and insisted that they do a proper diagnosis, they got nasty making comments like "you have an old pool" and " well you chose to replace the gasket yourself". When I stated that I would have to get someone in to do a proper diagnosis, Des told me to "go ahead and do that", but later sent a threatening email saying that my entire 5 year warranty (for the R40k worth of work) would be voided if I allowed anyone else to touch the pool. Beware.
