I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the Riverhorse Valley branch. It has now been over 2 months and I am still waiting for my refund deposit despite numerous follow-ups and promises. This delay is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. My experience with the F&I consultant, Gabriella, has been especially terrible. My concerns have not been handled with urgency, transparency, or respect. I have made several attempts to resolve this matter, yet I continue to be ignored while my money is withheld without justification. I am also disappointed in the branch manager, Theo, who does not seem to take customer complaints seriously or show any willingness to assist in resolving issues. Based on my experience, it feels like this branch is more focused on reaching sales targets than ensuring customers are treated fairly or sold vehicles that meet proper standards. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I strongly warn others to be cautious when dealing with this branch and to ensure everything is clearly documented. I expect my refund to be processed immediately.
I wouldn’t recommend, they are not transparent with their policies or how their system works. I recently joined the school by 5th march and then after that my health started deteriorating and had to cancel the studies now they are forcing me to pay the full fees.
I bought an iPhone 14 plus on MTN and it arrived on the 24th of August with a platinum pocket router that idid not “order” so i called them to explain the matter and they say I should return the router to the closest MTN store before 7/10 days of retention. And I did exactly as advised returned the device and got the reference number so that they can cancel the router on their system, tried calling MTN on the 25th of August after getting the reference but idid not get assisted because they kept on transferring me to different departments and for what reason I honestly don’t know. But then on the 28th of August I managed to get hold of one of the consultants and she said she has logged my cancellation ticket or whatever. However to my suprise MTN keeps billing me for that one device that I returned before even the 7 days of retention and they’re even threatening to take legal action against me even though it’s their fault that they have faulty systems and *********** stuff and they also overcharged people, when you inquire about the charges the consultants won’t have any idea as to what the extra charges are for. So my advice would be whatever you do, avoid MTN by all means possible because nothing good will come out from them.
