Bought a medizone spa bath, ozone kit and water machine from this company in November 2015 - goods worth over R35k. They promised a consultant would come and show us how to use the spa bath - to date (and after several attempts at calling the rep) no-one has come to show us - R18k worth of goods still sitting in the box. Then lets move on to the R20k water machine - its not even three months old and it leaks all over our kitchen units at least twice a month - we now have waterlogged shelving in our kitchen units which is going to cost us to replace. Phoned the rep, phoned the head office, phoned the guy who installed the unit - not one person has called me back - this is over a two week period - we are paying over R4500 per month via debit order for a machine that doesn't work and for another machine that still sits in the box because we don't know how to use it... most pathetic company - quick to sign contacts to get you to pay - SLOW to fix the machines they sold that are faulty.<br> We are going to cancel our debit order with immediate effec - come and fetch your rubbish machines and pay us back what we have paid already..... enough is enough
We had a geyser burst in a rental unit of ours in April 2015- Standard Bank Insurance Brokers appointed Domesticare or as they also trade The Leak Specialists. They came and repaired the geyser and i never heard from then again. Out of the blue 5 months later, I get a letter of demand from their debt collectors advising that i owe R250 - I called Janice immediately to query this - she then goes on to tell me that it was excess owing (which is normal with insurance claims) - this is really strange, because between now and april not once have i ever received a phone call, an email, a pop past, nothing to say we owed them anything. She then goes on to tell me its my responsibility to pay - how can i pay something i know nothing about??? She then admits that she had the incorrect email address that she was sending the invoice too? i asked her why she could not have the decency to give me a call - she said \I don't have time for that"- but she has time to authorise the debt collectors to send me a letter of demand?? very strange. Anyways"
We found that our burglar gate was not working and we were locked inside our house - I was not sure if i was covered for this kind of event but checked my policy and saw that emergency services were offered. WOW. I called the Customer Centre and Godrey helped us - professional, efficient and courteous are only some of the words i can used to describe Godfrey. A locksmith appointed by Outsurance arrived within the hour, fixed the lock and we could all get on with our day.<br> Thanks Outsurance, once again you came through for us.<br>
