My Husband has app**** on the 4th of September 2024 for his two pot saving and as up to date no communication he phoned a couple times just to get the answer of sorry sir your claim is not loaded yet. It has been 7-8 weeks now and this is ridiculous. Then there is other people that loaded their claims on a later date but received their money, how does this work . This is not MIBFA money it is the people who is paying every month money. They should start doing there job and submitting the claims accordingly as received. They apparently have a back lock on there processing side of four weeks its not our problem. MIBFA Sort out your issues and start paying the people their Money if you go on facebook and read the comments you have trouble coming.
Please all do not think that if you book online that you do not stand in a que, you still need to join the que that is a hell of a long que there is no order or control at the que. this resort is over crowded and not pleasant to go to with your family for a fun day. They over allow guests to make money and do not care about customer service at all. The Managers is rude and under trained. When you get into the resort it is an issue if you want to go out to collect something you forgot they treat you like you are a ******** that wants to escape from prison. I will not suggest this resort to Anyone. Over crowded no control and rude staff.
