Discovery bank
I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Discovery Bank. I joined the bank expecting a higher level of service, but my experience has been subpar. On 28/01/2026, I called the bank to request assistance with sending documents from work that required their signature and stamp. I was initially informed that this was possible and provided with an email address to send the documents to. Despite following the instructions, I did not receive the documents back as expected. Upon follow-up calls, I was informed that an error had been made and that I needed to resend the documents with corrections. This process has been repeated multiple times, with promises of resolution that have not been fulfilled. As a result, the documents, which were supposed to be submitted yesterday, are still outstanding. I have been given the following reference numbers: 27290524, 27281115. I hope that this matter can be addressed urgently, as I am not satisfied with the current level of service and response.

Cellc Bad service
Am so fed up and dissapointed By the cellc service 😭So I once app**** for a sim only contract and they called me So i compared the prices with unlimited fibre then i decided not to take the sim the agent was so convincing until i agreed now I had to Call and write emails because the guy didnt deliver my sim reason being he couldnt find the location for almost two days Yersteday they came where i work to deliver the parcel not mine but for our company i had to ask if he doesnt have my parcel he totally forgot about it he said so cool now the problem is my sim cant receive calls ussd was not working i wrote an email today in the morning then after an hour i recived an sms that my sim is working then the ussd was functioning Now i bought airtime using my banking app even now i havent received it I called them then the agent told me that my sim card did not pass the Verification check ,my question is how can the sell sim card that is not verified ??? am i a fool??? now i want to cancel this contract Dont ever do a contract at cellc better go for Mtn,vodacom and telkom
