The worst and only fibre provider, these guys need some competition other wise they are going to just keep doing as they please.

This is a **** don't buy anything from this website or you will lose your money. All the items on the website are not in stock. Once you purchase your item you will get no response on email or telephone on the progress of your purchase. I eventually got a response on email to tell me that the item was not in stock and will only be available in three months and would I like to wait or get a refund, I choose refund and that was two weeks ago again with no response on email or telephone. When you call the numbers the calls get automatically answered and then automatically hangs up after three minutes. Zero response on email since I have asked for refund.

Webafrica Is A Terrible Company To Deal With.
I wanted to port my telephone number from Telkom to Webafrica on 31 July 2023 and I am still waiting on the 6th of November 2023. This has been escalated four times and still no progress. Today I get told that I was not supposed to cancel my service with Telkom as the number cannot be ported if the number is inactive. Whatsapp is the only way to get support out of Webafrica which is very cumbersome as agents transfer you from one to another and no taking responsibility for your call. These Whatsapp calls can take the whole day with nothing being achieved by the end of the day only to start the whole process again the next day repeating all your information again. This is the first time I have recommended Webafrica to an end user and now my reputation with the client has been damaged for recommending Webafrica as an Internet Service Provider. In conclusion just stay away from Webafrica as they will frustrate you and waste your time and make you look bad.

POPI Act Violator
POPI Act Violator. I have just signed up with Pineapple and expressly stated note to share my information with anybody and stated that I do not want a Tracker in my vehicle. One hour later I got a phone call from Tracker asking when can they install the Tracker Unit. This is just another Insurer saying anything they need to get the sale.
