The information on here is terribly incorrect. You have my debit orders marked as UNPAID for the whole year on one of my accounts. I have 2 or 3 payments that came in late on that account, the rest were on time. Yet ALL are marked as UNPAID. The balance of the account is also sitting nearly 4 - 5 months behind yet the account is closing next month, making it look like I have 4 - 5 months of arrears. This is unacceptable and terribly misleading information for lenders. I am not being given the option to upload documents when disputing on the Splendi site, therefore can't submit the dispute online. Please rectify this with urgency.
I am terribly frustrated with Rains services. I have resorted to Hello Peter because direct contact has not landed us anywhere. I ordered Rain one on the 3rd of October 2023 It's now the 19th and I have still not received any communication or feedback regarding my order. I have called the call centre countless times and sent multiple emails with little to no assistance, constantly being told that my issue has already been reported and I should just be patient and wait. May I ask for how long? It's going onto a full month of waiting for a delivery that was meant to take up to 5 days max. And after going through Hello Peter reviews, I am tempted to cancel my contract and close my account because I see many have experienced a similar issue but still got charged month end. If that happens to me there will be serious problems. Don't play with me. Give me an ETA of my order or at least feedback about what's going on. I need internet connection. I work remote and I've already spent WAY more than anticipated because I budgeted my month based off of receiving Rain within 3 - 5 working days as advertised. I've even grown to dislike seeing your ads because it's all false. Very unsatisfied. Really hope that IF, not when, IF (because I have ZERO faith in you guys right about now) my delivery comes through there won't be any further issues. Especially with billing because as mentioned previously, there will be problems. It's hard to even say if it's the company or its employees that are *********** here because in all aspects the service is **********. If you guys get someone to call me after reading this review, please make sure they are a well-versed consultant that can handle pressure well because I have many questions and concerns that need intelligent answers and not to just be swept under the rug as they have been all this while. The consultants I have spoken to so far are nowhere near qualified to deal with the s**t I am going to give the next person. I advice you take this complaint seriously.
