On 17/02/2025 I voiced my frustration with this company on HelloPeter. I am beyond livid to have to do so again. They just don't let go. It doesn't matter whether you beg them to remove you from their database or rudely tell them to **** off and never call you again, they don't give a **** and blatantly disregard your requests!!!!! Their tactic is obviously to bully and **** you off until you buy something from them or use their services. Every time we ask to be removed they say they'll make a note of it, obviously knowing damn well they won't. Our VOIP provider pulled phone records. We have been phoned 27 times in a 12 month period. Even after our MD phoned their Bloemfontein office and emphasised that WE DO NOT WANT THEIR SERVICES AND TO STOP CALLING US, they have blatantly disregarded our request and continue with the harassment. I have written to them on their website contact form and sent email as well, but alas, they just don't care. On HelloPeter they reply to complaints with this LAUGHABLE message: "Goodday, can you please supply the name of your business and all contact numbers in order to block you from our central database across 9 call centres. You can also lodge a complaint via our website Contact Us page to supply all your information". Let me tell you one thing SERR SYNERGY.... I WILL NEVER WORK WITH YOU OR BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU!! YOU'RE ****ING USELESS EMPLOYEES ARE HARD OF HEARING AND YOUR TACTICS ARE NOT GOING TO WORK ON ME!! NO MEANS NO!!!! **** OFF AND NEVER PHONE US AGAIN!!!!!!!!
What a ****** irritation!! I have asked them numerous times, very politely, over the past year, to remove our company's phone number from their database, but they persisted in contacting us. February 2024 I received a call from David, I literally told him to f*ck off, still they phoned. Last week I received a call again, again I asked "please please please please remove our number from your system, we are not interested in your products/ services". Today, I got another call. It seems like harassment is their tactic, they must think that eventually we will give in and sign up for their services. I am on the verge of driving to their offices and slapping someone!! Maybe that will wake them up!!
I was assisted by Caleb on 19/10/2023 and it's been a dream working with him. He had my query sorted out in a jiffy. I must say, the superb, prompt service exceeded my expectations. Prepaid 24 is definitely my prepaid electricity provider of choice and I highly recommend them! Many thanks Caleb!
