I booked my car at Steve Auto Clinic Centurion for a gearbox repair. The gearbox was fixed, but when I got the car back it made a loud noise. I wasn’t sure if the problem was from the gearbox or the wheels, so I contacted the workshop. I was told there was nothing they could do since the gearbox was already sorted. I took the car to another mechanic who discovered that the wheels had not been tightened properly. Three nuts were already out, and the car was driving with only one nut holding the wheel. This was a serious safety risk that could have caused a major accident. When I informed Steve Auto Clinic Centurion, all I got was a simple apology with no accountability or concern for what could have happened. This shows a lack of professionalism and care for customer safety. I strongly advise others not to take their cars there.
I am beyond frustrated with the pathetic service I received at Telkom Mall@55. I went there to apply for a phone and ended up wasting 3 days of my life for absolutely nothing. The first day I went in, I was left waiting while a bunch of agents stood outside gossiping and doing nothing. No one bothered to help. I left. Came back the next day, same story had to wait ages for just one agent to finish with a customer before I was finally helped. I was told the phone would arrive in 3 days. Cool. I waited. No call. No update. No nothing. I had to go back to the store myself, only to be told my application had been cancelled for what reason? No one could even explain. Now suddenly the phone will only be available in 3–4 weeks? What a joke. If I didn’t follow up, no one would’ve said a word. This is the definition of *********** and careless service. I ended up cancelling everything because clearly customer service is not a priority at this branch. Telkom Mall@55 needs serious management intervention. Don’t waste your time like I did.
I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance
I was suppose to receive my order on a Saturday 14-10-2023, the deiver didn't come through. On Monday 16th I received a call from the supplier stating that an update on their system states that I didn't have FICA documents which is obviously a total lie. My new date was Wednesday 18th between 08:00 - 10:00. I then received a tracking number bit sadly I didn't receive my parcel. Today is Thursday 19th no communication nothing at all. You service is bad please close the shop
