I bought a cardboard last month in multi furniture in bizana branch and paid together with other furnitures when I went for collection I ddnt get the cardboard being sold while it was already paid by me I dont understand why sell it whole its sold its been a month since I was promised that it will be delivered What kind of business ethics do they have because they are ********* and their service is very poor
From my last query absa never responded as a result my panic button is not working still since last year and my trips rewards are not being recorded correctly I don't know if they ever resolve this im realy disappointed to being sold a false lie I pay monthly the premiums we agreed on but their service to me is not what they sold me ....should I switch to another company or ull resolve this with emediate effect im fed up really now
Absa has a way of rubbing my noise the wrong way , dod complain about them robbing me with my trips rewards they doing it again they not recording them and giving me 53 rands rewards back whereas I deserve more I don't know why they sell a cheap talk promise clients what they can't keep should I take another car insurance? And the panic button they promised to give me with tracker of them I have not received it till date and I have been using this insurance from 2022
Absa is tarnishing my credit score and this has been going on from February they not sorting it out what's the next term should I take now because im capable of paying my debts yet the can't load a debit order and they have no heart they dragging my name in mud Im so fed up by this *********** act from absa and also I have a car insurance from them and they not loading nor giving me my cash back rewards as per my driving kilometers
I'm so disgusted by absa incompetence im realy over the edge , I wrote multiple reviews about them asking for them to debit their monthly intalment which is 7600 and they would call and say I do eft and the arrears the caused by not debiting january 2400 I asked they split it and change my debit order to 7800 they didn't do that and asked I do eft yesterday I did that debited 7600 and now wen I wake up they took 10000 from my acc my payment have bounced due to this how does their system work 😞 why are they making my life a living hell in this economy why are they so spiteful Absa is a ****a shop with nor morals and highly ***********
I'm so disappointed in absa incompetence I keep getting their calls regarding debit order whom they are unable to load i don't know why their system are falling them now they frustrating me in such a way that I now have to do eft instead of them deducting from account and I have arrears due to them not deducting ...im so hurt because all this is heating me badly on my credit record their negligence and system issue is costing my reputation
Am Lindiwe Ndlebe an unhappy client Been requesting absa personal loan department to please load a debit order of 7800 to cover for the arreas they got me into by not deducting the agreed premium from my personal loan which was set to be 7600 and some change as I previously made an arrangement now their system didn't go back to the initial agreement from 5300 to 7600 now my request was to load a debit order of 7800 to cover the arrears deliberately made by them so that I don't get to pay the 2300 arrears because I don't have the kind of money lieying around now they call day in day out but they all say their system is unable to load this debicheck what must I do now

This company is not treating me well as it has been an Easter holiday and the 20th was on Sunday they didn't deduct the agreed premium and now they sending me emails stating that my policy has lapsed I don't understand how they work they discrediting me, the money is still on my account they have not yet deducted till today instead of deducting they saying my policy has lapsed and my driving rewards will be forfeited please help me
Hello I'm Lindiwe Ndlebe an insured of absa activate car insurance I'm not happy with their service and customer care service. Been writing emails to them with no positive response since last year July 2023 concerning their bridge of contract, they no longer recording my trips, their app is always not working they not paying my trips as per agreement and that doesn't sit well at all because the sold me the dream they not keeping. I therefore request that this matter be resolved and be paid all my trips rewards in full starting from July 2023.
Since my last review this so cold business made contact and promised to do a quote to fix my dent they said they will be doing that out of curtesy they feel sorry for me meanwhile it's not like I'm not paying for such service to be rendered I'm no charity I simple want them to do as they said they would wen they sold me the policy no one is doing anyone a favor here. Their negligence speaks volume and deceiving marketing strategy Lastly I want them to remove the policy from MFC car installment premiums with immediate effect
