As per my previous rating again no assistance from FNB. Not even how they will attempt to assist me. I recently moved homes. The City of Johannesburg is one of my recipients. Assuming that they are already loaded I went to the app. on the payment page their fields are editable and I changed my reference number to the new account. On the proof of payment the old reference number appeared!!! how is that possible. After that I did maintenance on the recipient and there after I made another payment from my CREDIT CARD. SO FNB came back. "The logs shows that the app reacted correctly" my question to them is why allow editable fields when your app does not take it. Again they stuck to the logs. So now I am left with the monies and with an amount on my credit card that FNB is getting monies back for. But did anybody even bother to test the app to replicate my steps NO!!!. If I had money I would come to your technical department and show you what happened. I feel so ashamed because they got the worst of me to come out. I never scream at people well today was the first for that. Nobody is even trying to assist me in retracting the payment only sticking to it is not our error so there is no help for you. And it is a public recipient and our agreement is that we will not retract it.
SO FNB is great until you actually need some assistance. I mainly do my banking via the FNB banking app. I recently changed homes. I had to make my first payment to the City of Johannesburg, who was a beneficiary on my profile. So I continued to make my payment I changed my reference number, triple checked that it was correct to the new home's account and merrily paid my R6314.36 bill to the council. Once the payment was made something told me check the proof of payment. When I checked the proof of payment it was paid to my OLD account reference. Meaning the City will now need to refund me. Noticing the error I quickly jump on the phone to FNB asking if the payment can be stopped. I was told sorry mam you need to complete a form it will take 7 working days and a penalty of R290 for this will apply. So I never got the form. You will not be able to trace this as your agent didn't even ask me for account details. The same day send a web query saying it will take 4 days to respond but you have access to a team of premier bankers to address your query via a secure chat. I positively then submit my request only to see that I am number 389 in the queue thinking well its a chat it will go quickly three days later and still no response. I phone the call centre again yesterday only to be told this form can be accessed on my online banking profile this agent was great as she guided my to the process. When I started reading the form it said very clearly that I cannot request the monies to be called back as it is a PUBLIC ACCOUNT. so WHY did agent number 1 not tell me that, when I made it very very clear to them that it was to the City of Johannesburg. WHY does YOUR app not accept changes on reference numbers when you are about to make a payment? moral of the story, I now had to pay an additional RR6314.36 in to the councils account to ensure I still have electricity. this amount was paid now from my credit card so FNB will be smiling all the way collecting interest from me. I now need to go through a very manual process with the council and will probably never get to see my R6314.36 ever again. THANKS FNB for being so pro-active. I know it will now be seen as a USER ERROR and will probably not even get a response., and if I do no resolution or way forward will be given. Considering the above I should probably down grade to a normal savings account because I am paying for access to premier banking and don't really get the service that you have been marketing to me.

The food was fresh and great tasting. My guests kept on going back for seconds and they complimented the chef on the food. <br> <br> They were always friendly, the staff was great. I have not experienced such positive attitudes in a while. <br> <br> It really put my mind at ease knowing that everything was under control and that they will do almost everything for me. <br> <br> everything was great, the food, the decor, the cake, the venue it self. <br> <br> Thank you for making my Dream wedding come true.
