My family’s stay was absolutely unsatisfactory. Starting with their main attraction that draws in guests - the famous water slides that weren’t working for over a week as per say. I think its highly deceiving that guests are not prior informed of such when jozini confirms bookings and they are aware of this issue , since this defect heavily influences if someone would want to stay or not. Secondly , the buffet for breakfast and dinner is quite minimal and average , often repeated dishes the following day lacking variety and creativity. More-so every dish is absolutely cold and staff find it impossible to heat up food instead the plate heats up ?? Strange. Neighboring rooms share geysers and thus hot water is taboo , expect warm water always. Lastly there really is limited activities such as fishing and boat cruises across the dam. Besides the deception and buffet displeasure , the staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and neat. However i would never recommend Tiger lodge to anyone looking for a vacation destination due to the above mentioned . There are many better destinations .
Appalled by FNBs customer service yet once again. It has been 4 days since i logged a complaint regarding unapproved transactions going off of my account. To date FNB has not contacted despite the matter being of such urgency. Moreso online agents confer that my issue is beyond their services and i should wait for someone to contact me. Four days have passed , pathetic service from FNB as usual.
I am utterly concerned with the security of online banking regarding FNB. During the late hours of the night , i received a notification of an online transaction done with a US merchant titled “Kindle svcs”. This online transaction went off WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I WAS NOT SENT AN OTP PIN TO APPROVE THIS TRANSACTION. I was completely shocked at the sight of this notification as i have no relation to this merchant nor its services. After contacting FNB to reverse this transaction, i had no help or immediate assistance. I was told to contact ***** Department on their cellular line and that was it. Their line never works and i am extremely frustrated with FNBs poor service. Moreso appalled by the lack of security regarding these online transactions…how can they go off when i have never approved it . Highly highly disappointed with FNB.TO DATE THIS TRANSACTION HAS NOT BEEN REVERSED
