My family’s stay was absolutely unsatisfactory. Starting with their main attraction that draws in guests - the famous water slides that weren’t working for over a week as per say. I think its highly deceiving that guests are not prior informed of such when jozini confirms bookings and they are aware of this issue , since this defect heavily influences if someone would want to stay or not. Secondly , the buffet for breakfast and dinner is quite minimal and average , often repeated dishes the following day lacking variety and creativity. More-so every dish is absolutely cold and staff find it impossible to heat up food instead the plate heats up ?? Strange. Neighboring rooms share geysers and thus hot water is taboo , expect warm water always. Lastly there really is limited activities such as fishing and boat cruises across the dam. Besides the deception and buffet displeasure , the staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and neat. However i would never recommend Tiger lodge to anyone looking for a vacation destination due to the above mentioned . There are many better destinations .

Jozini Tiger Logde is a beautiful hotel we cannot fault it however we had a very bad experience. We did our wedding in this hotel on the 10th of December 2023 but we were scammed by the photographer called Sibusiso Magwaza from Jozini media he charged us R13500 to do our wedding video, 32 page photo book and 2 big framed photos instead he sent us 14 page photo book with very bad photos with shadows this is because the police was demanding our stuff, no video no enlarge pictures and no 32 page photo book, we have been asking him to give us the stuff we paid for but he told us he doesn’t care he won’t give it to us, our solicitor has sent him a letter of demand but he has not responded. We hope to take him to court. So Jozini Tiger Lodge we worn you do not allow that con man scammer called Sibusiso Magwaza or Jozini media to offer false services in your hotel because this has a negative effect to your hotel. So we travel all the way from UK to get married in a nice hotel to be scammed we don’t want anyone to experience what we went through.

Best hospitality experience yet. We came with a large group with various dietary requirements and chef Aaron as well as the other chefs were very accommodating. We had the tastiest Mutton curry, roast Lamb and Veg pasta. Resort is very clean and kid friendly. Great fun for all ages. Definitely coming back.

I was a guest at this hotel earlier this month and on the day of departure when I got in to my car my wheel caps were stolen. I took a picture n emailed the GM on the 3rd till today I haven't heard from him what happened. This is a very bad picture you painting the hotel. To give feedback back to your clients is very important no matter how little you may see the matter but just respond, if you not around ask someone to handle your emails. We are very disappointed with this experience n we wish to inform the world to be careful when going there as safe of your car is not guaranteed as promised when checking in.
