We keep getting incorrect items or half quantity. Our mash and gravy were all half quantity. Some were only plain gravy half. The cournal burger had a snack burger patty. We spoke to hotel management about our experience. They assured us that they will also look into the matter.
Excellent customer service from Angelique and staff in general. They were very good in making sure I received the correctly advertised deals and didn't mind me getting last minute items while at the till. I didn't realize I required a trolley and they happily got me one. Every store should have this kid of service level at all times.
Best hospitality experience yet. We came with a large group with various dietary requirements and chef Aaron as well as the other chefs were very accommodating. We had the tastiest Mutton curry, roast Lamb and Veg pasta. Resort is very clean and kid friendly. Great fun for all ages. Definitely coming back.

I recently delivered my second child via ceasearian at Netcare Umhlanga hospital. The service was excellent. Nurses were extremely helpful and patient. The answered my questions knowledgeably and made my experience very special. They even went the extra mile when I has post operation nausea. Thank you ladies. You'll are 5 star. I would highly recommend this hospital for expectant moms.
Poor marketing and execution. I recently went to the Mt Edgecombe Freshstop only to be told that they are not running any advertised specials as head office did not send them the specials and its not on their system. Next time Fresh Stop should advise us which stores will be having the specials as we get ripped off if not informed.
