shocking decision
so i didn’t realise that a payment failed and when i checked on wha the new amount was i late with a payment so paid the amount in full. they have now terminated my membership and told me to re-join after 25plus years as they declined my motivation.

Shocking service
Ordered some shorts and board shorts for my son. We received it…he tried it on and we exchanged for bigger sizes. The items were taken out the box and tried on. And then put straight back in the box and collected for an exchange the next day/. To be told that 4 out of the 6 items I swopped put will not be exchanged as they are dirty and not in a re-sellable condition. And told to open on a clean surface. I literally opened the box myself and passed it to my son who tried it on and gave it back to me and I put it in the box. The photos they sent were in tack. With all tags yet 2 items that were in the same box were exchangedd. Completely unacceptable service. I am fuming as know there www absolutely nothing wrong with the items. Never mind another order I received with 3 boxes of broken crockery which has no fragile stickers on. Still waiting on a responses with that. They logged the return for me then there was more broken when I unpacked and checked yet they can’t find the other 3 boxes that were collected together all with the order no written with red pen or the boxes.
