HOLD ON FOR 9MIN 36SECONDS - THEN GOT CUT OFF. PHONED AGAIN AND TOLD THEY ARE BUSY AND ONLY 1 PERSON IN THERE CREDITORS DEPARTMENT. CAN NOT HELP ME.
I received a SMS advising that they cannot get hold of me nor my alternate number. Calling CCD Couriers to sort out the problem they advise me that they dont know what to do with the parcel and they do not know whom to deliver it to yet they SMS both numbers. The parcel was handed to the Couriers in the 2 nd week of September and today the 13 October 2025 I am still without the document. Your reference is 34595549

To try to deal with a problem on Absa Access is impossible. Nobody seems to know how the upgrade or transfer from Absa Integrator to Absa Access works!!!!!!! 2 Calls and 30 minutes later still not one to tell me what I have to do.
