This restaurants staff are not helpful at all! Stood for 5 minutes before I approached a staff member to ask if they have space for us 2 on Womens Day 9/8/2022 80% of the restaurant was empty she then pointed to the manager who said no we are waiting on our reserved guests. But only a couple of them had reserved signs!!!
My order that was placed on Friday 23 July 2021 was not fulfilled. I waited for over an hour to get my order and ended up being the second last customer in the restaurant. Everybody was in such a rush that I could not even check my order with your staff. My fiesta fries that I ordered which is rather expensive was a joke with literally 10 chips. They forgot to make chips for my order and then rushed to get my order completed. Poor service. Mitchells Plain store.
I contacted Oakhurst Insurance on the 30 July 2018 regarding my furniture and cell phone. They called me the next day but I missed the call and they then emailed to ask when they can call. I then emailed back and asked them to call the next day and gave other information they required. Since then I have emailed and asked to be contacted regarding my claim. Its been more than two weeks. Nobody followed up on my previous claim where I was told the panel beaters quote was less R3000 than what the quote was that they had sent nobody can explain this to me. Nobody returns emails. I am extremely annoyed. Please do not call me as my cell phone is broken that I had emailed you to claim for.
Your staff member Chanelle is rude and unhelpful. I visit your store quite often as I am a reguler customer. On the 20 November at 5.40pm I required air time and popped in quickly. Standing in the queue, Chanelle and another cashier were standing at the last till. They decided to speak about me whilst I am in earshot thinking that if they covered their mouths with their hands I would not hear. This is disrespectful and shows lack of basic manners. Standing in the queue for ten minutes to get air time whilst these two are having fat chat is not on. I will not visit your store again.
I had decided to add my other vehicle to the policies I already had with First for Women since I already had my home contents and one vehicle insured with them. When my vehicle was broken into (twice in two months) I had two claims put forth. When they had told me they would pay me out they did so quickly. I then decided lets add the other vehicle - to my surprise I noticed that I no longer had household content insurance. When I called to question this I could not get an answer. They said they would need to speak to Lucinda and get her to call me back. This was last week - nobody bothered to get back to me. I call again today and get told they suspended it pending an alarm installation into my home. I stay on the third floor of a flat with burglar bars why do I need an alarm. More importantly why did nobody communicate this very important piece of information to me. You can take my money. If I was burgled who would pay for my stuff??? Highly annoyed and very disappointed.
