Acs Pre-Owned ran away after sheriff was given an instruction to attach to recover my R590k
These people ran away after sheriff was given a mandate, conveniently so sheriff found the vacated. Does anyone know their whereabouts? please help

Robery, unfair business practices and senseless point views Takelot
I ordered outside flood lights In a pack of 4. Takelot delivered three working lights and one defective one. I lodged a return request and they collected the light in question. To my surprise they say they can't replace the effective one because I didn't bring the whole pack of four. Now they say they can't replace the defective and they have declined my return and concluded the case.

NCT/222616/2022/73(2)(b) NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION v ACS PRE OWNED (PTY) LTD
They finance a car that was in an accident with banker that must have been aware but decided to let loose and buy a defective vehicle. It was Ihandi that facilitated the deal at Acs Pre Owned in Benoni. Wesbank promised to assist but never came to assist even once and are taking R10400 pm from my account for grounded vehicle. They have the judgement but they still deduct from my accounts. Details of the case are contained on the judgement on the subject.

NCT/222616/2022/73(2)(b) NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION v ACS PRE OWNED (PTY) LTD
They sold 2017 E200 that had a back smash and the concealed the information about the accident. I took them through the legal process and now running away from sheriff’s office. I dealt with Brandon, Sharon and Yusuf. Their service is terrible. Apart from the judgement they disrespecting, they also owe me R75k that is increasing by just above R6k per month for interest and insurance of their car. I think Wesbank is also involved because they turned a blind eye to the situation.
