Standard bank horror
Standard bank is the worst bank service ever, they make it almost impossible to close a credit card account, it appears that by doing so they try their upmost to discourage a customer to do so. I would discourage anyone from opening any account with this horror house of a bank THE WORST BANK EVER

Builders Warehouse Newmarket
This branch of Builders Warehouse is the worst in the country due to staff not giving customers assistance, you need to walk around the shop to find someone to assist you, the particular departments don't seem to have a dedicated person to assist customers in need of finding are having any questions specially the plumbing department where the products are in disarray, products as advertised are most times not in stock although it will show on the website that particular branch do have stock, the prices vary greatly, with the result it's wasted time and costs to drive to that store many times and they don't have what they advertise on their website, I strongly recommend customers not to visit that branch and their utterly useless staff

Efficient Plumbing excellent service
Efficient plumbing must be the best plumbing company in the country, their name says it all, very Efficient, on time, does a very thorough job, friendly and helpful staff. Will always use them in future.

MOMENTUN WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER
Momentum Life Insurance company is the worst insurance company ever. After 21 years of paying for a life policy not once were we contacted or had any correspondence from them regarding the status of the policy, not out of the blue this *********** excuse of an insurance company sent an email that the amount payable for this policy which has been consistent suddenly skyrocket to more than doubled the amount, no one had the decency or half a brain cell to inform me regarding this new amount, after contacting Momentum they cooked up some excuse about a step up amount which nobody bothered to consult with us or to inform us about this new so called amount which was just deducted from our bank account. We get the impression now that the painfully *********** management and staff either don't care or just not capable to communicate with their clients. After many telephone discussions with one of their *********** consultants we still are not happy with the results and will take this further after getting legal advice. We have told everyone how bad Momentum treats their customers and will take this to social media to expose the worst insurance company ever.

Woodford Car Hire
We rented a car from Woodford car hire at the Cape Town airport and had the unfortunate incident where a stone from a passing vehicle caused the windscreen to crack. I took out and paid in advance for insurance when I took delivery of the vehicle. That was a total waste of money and time as Woodford became a blood sucking car hire and wanted money for all kinds of extra items. I strongly recommend no one to use them and ever have an incident or accident you will pay over and above extra money even after you paid for insurance. The worst hire company I've ever used.

Old People's Home Benoni
The way some staff members are treating the paying residents are totally disgusting and unacceptable specially the people in charge who should set an example are the culprits. I'd discourage anyone considering to let their elderly go live there.
