1 stars because the product is OK. The battery DC cord does not make contact in the lighter socket. I exchanged for my other famous brand cable and the unit works well. One can see that the cable is faulty. I took photos of this and sent it to Flex. On 3 January after several comms on WhatsApp The people were very kind and promised to courier me a new cable. It never arrived. On 31 January I contacted them again. They gave me a story that their WhatsApp got upgraded and they needed my address again. Again it was supp**** and again no further communication from them. Empty pro.ises, makes one think how their repair serg8ce will be if needed some day. Pathetic.
My wife app**** for a R500 data contract from MTN early September. Calls go unanswered completely, emails take days to respond to with a simple yes or no, contract was eventually approved but then she had to wait for delivery, courier arrived and she was out, said they needed her biometrics else could not deliver. Anotheek later delivery was made to her in person without biometrics....device does not work...was reported online, in email and in a store, another week later and still nothing...will probably also be billed for 2 months now...pathetic service....and try to find a complaints number online....Good luck She even tried copying in their CEO in a mail with the hope that it would speed up processes, even that went unanswered and without acknowledgement. Absolutely shocking experience, probably make too much money to care about little businesses.
