I can’t say enough good things about Flex Adventures in Somerset West. Huge thanks to Ewan and the team—Markus, “Patrick Swayze,” and Wayne—for their epic service, attention to detail, and top-quality products and fitment. They fitted me in at short notice after a slight glitch with my newly installed setup (Flex Adventures Twin Air Compressor and the Flex TA45 Dual Zone Fridge/Freezer). Not only did they sort it out quickly, they also identified and rectified a potentially disastrous 12V install from elsewhere—proper, expert advice that gave me real peace of mind. What stood out most was their passion for affordable off-roading done right. No pushy sales tactics—just honest guidance, tidy workmanship, and the kind of care you only get from people who genuinely love what they do. The new setup runs beautifully, looks clean, and is built to last. Repeat customer for sure. Thank you, gents—the peace of mind is what matters most, and the excellent service is a bonus to boot! Highly recommended.

I bought a camping fright KID75 in July 2025, worked ok for 2 times, for the other 2 times it did not make cold and the compressor run no stopped, take it back on the 9th of October 2025, the workshop had a look and replaced the sensor and the display screen. Got it back and still not work like it must, take it back the next week and the tech had a look again and said it works perfect but must run in max mode not in eco mode, He said this model of fridge have problems and do not work perfect. I went and tested it again and still not work like it must do not switch off and get to temp. take it back and now Flex Adventures can’t give me an answer to replace the fridge or give my money back. this product is not good.

I bought a 12-volt ice maker three years ago, and it stopped working. The first time, Flex took it in and repaired it free of charge, even after the guarantee period. It lasted for some time but then broke down again. They again took it in and tested it for a few days to find that the problem could not be repaired. They then offered me another ice machine free of charge. That is what I call integrity.

I bought a TW95 fridge 3 years ago and never had any problems to date.. Then I bought a TW45 fridge last year for our other vehicle. Best service and advice I have gotten to date. Never had any problems with my power cables or connection issues. Ewan and his team are top class with their service and knowledge. I highly recommend Flex adventures if you need a proper 12v fridge that works every time you need it.

1 stars because the product is OK. The battery DC cord does not make contact in the lighter socket. I exchanged for my other famous brand cable and the unit works well. One can see that the cable is faulty. I took photos of this and sent it to Flex. On 3 January after several comms on WhatsApp The people were very kind and promised to courier me a new cable. It never arrived. On 31 January I contacted them again. They gave me a story that their WhatsApp got upgraded and they needed my address again. Again it was supp**** and again no further communication from them. Empty pro.ises, makes one think how their repair serg8ce will be if needed some day. Pathetic.

Such a pleasure ordering a Flex TW75 camping fridge/freezer. Quality is very good. Communication was excelent. In no time at all product was delivered to me over 1000km. So nice to recieve such good service. Thank you
