Bad Security
Saturday 2024/03/02 me and some friends was at News Cafe Emperors Palace. We ordered some drinks and enjoy. The security however were very unfriendly. After being there for more or less three hours, the security wanted us to leave because he needed space for other patrons. Some of my friends were still sitting when he moved the people to where we sit. I feel it was rude and inconsiderate. The management of News Cafe must really look in to their security.

Last night 3/11/2023 my girlfriend and I went to Terra Nova Shopping Centre. She needed to use the bathroom. She came back to tell me that we must wait because all the toilets were occupied. I asked her how so on which she tells me that there are 9 toilets in the bathroom but 6 are locked with padlocks and 3 are actually occupied. On which I asked her to take a video so I can she as it was a ladies bathroom. This was very annoying, uncomfortable. What is the management doing about it. Please advise
