Worst Sales agent
Rita welgemoed one of Chas everitt sales agents sold me a lie , she showed me pictures of a unit in very good condition but everytime I wanted to view the property she claimed it's always booked , she told me once the property is on my name then I can view the property, when I viewed the property it was in a state ****roaches everywhere , the place hasn't been cleaned , the place looks it was a shelter for the homeless , she pretended that she going to fix the things but she didn't, not knowing that the property she sold me was her son's and false bookings was made on lekker slaap for 6 months prior ,when I relooked at the bookings once the property was on my name it was taken off , there were *****ulent documents , she said I got it at a good price so I mustn't complain , I can't believe how I was treated into this deal , nothing has been done by Chas Everitte about this complaint and transaction I would never recommend to use Chas Everitte in amazanitoti as the agent Rita Wilgemoed is a **** and *****ster

Deposit not refunded
I paid for the deposit on the 16th February 2024 , its already the 10th of March 2024 and the deposit wasn't return to My credit card , sani customer car sent me an email stating that the bank has to release my funds , when I spoke to my private banker they advised that there is no amount on hold , this is very unprofessional service , the company can take the deposit on the day but when it comes to refund they come up with stories This has already been escalated to the ***** department

I've been waiting for almost 45 minutes to get hold of customer services agent to assist This is very ridiculous
