We had an awesome 3 day cruise on the Pongolapoort Dam in Jozini, northern Zululand in KZN. Shayamanzi Luxury Houseboats delivered in style. Luxurious accommodation, delicious food, game viewing and Tiger fishing. Just take your clothes and the rest is catered for. Captain Alan put our safety first and lead a cruise to remember. Tiger fish were caught from the three tenders, piloted by competent and knowledgable skippers, and even a few off the back of the House Boat. The 16 guests on board all had a fantastic time. The cruise ran from 14:00 on Friday 27 September to 10:00 on Monday 30 September 2024.
What a seamless and easy check in process. Yolandi was friendly and so helpful, like all the staff at reception. The Villa was perfect, clean comfortable and spacious. The resort/estate is amazing. Neat and well maintained with stunning landscaping and gardens. There is plenty of entertainment and things to do. The beach access is secure and the beach (Marina Beach) is protected for swimmers a well as lifeguards on duty. The hotel and golf club are awesome with meal options to suit any palate. We really loved our stay and considered it good value for money.
In July 2023 I signed a 3 year contract, which I had immediate regrets about. I returned to the gym a few hours later to cancel the contract. I was happy to sign a 12 month contract, and I wanted a refund. I was required to complete a contact cancellation form, which I did and submitted to the Fit24 Gyms contract cancellation department. Yes, they have a department for contract cancellation and refunds. I was informed by email that my refund would take 21 days. Six months later and countless emails (to which they stopped responding) and visits to the gym to follow up I finally received my refund. Oh, and an apology from the person dealing with it. Yes, all ended well, although I’m down a good chunk of money from interest that the refund could have been accumulating. However my point is that I fail to understand why. There were no errors in the paperwork, as I was not requested for any further information or documentation. Go figure. Just make sure that when you sign up for a gym contract with Fit24 Gyms, it’s exactly what you want.
I ordered a 24v Li battery that was advertised having Bluetooth compatibility, that’s what sold me. After querying why I could not pair with the battery, I was told that the advert on their website was incorrect and that it had no Bluetooth functionality. No discount or solution was offered to me. Very disappointed with their response. The product is fine, just the reluctance to make good on the false specification declaration. That really sucks. Like buying a new car, just to find that it does not have a petrol tank included. 😳
