These people do not care what happens to their members
I don't think they really care about my well being as I do not get my medication on time, not the correct medication when I do get and not the right quantities either. Previously I had no problems but since they changed to Marara Pharmacy matters gets worst every month. No one I talk to listen or gets to a solution, might just as well cancel my medical aid and go to a state facility, I have never struggled so much in my life just to get a prescription delivered1 reply

Cannot get worst
Every month is a battle to get the right medication and the correct amount. At this stage I feel I will be better off going to a state hospital9 replies

Worst service ever
My mother needs to have a knee operation, she has a medical aid, not medical insurance, she pays a full medical aid and they decline the procedure which is a much needed operation. If this is not done she will not be able to walk in time to come. But it is just point blank refused from her medical aid5 replies

Your adverti*****t is misleading. You advertise that we can receive a springbok mini toy for every R350 purchase, like checkers did with their mini toys, only to find out after buying all my groceries with pick and pay that it is not so. Service really not up to standard
We struggle every month to get my mother's medication te be delivered, this is becoming a hassle. We never used to struglle like this with the previous pharmacy. She cannot go.without her medication and every month it gets delivered after the promised date and by that time she would be without meds for a few days already1 reply

Worst service ever
1st time ordering on asap. 2 orders for the day and both were cancelled. After the 1st attempt I tried again, but not one order was successfull. Both transactions was debited from my account and it was reversed. But my question is why do you offer this service if it doesn't work. I never have this with Checkers sixt1 reply

Awfull shopping experience
Not a good shopping experience at the pick and pay clothing store in sinoville ppretoria where the aircon never work, staff not helpful (although I feel.for them working in this heat without cool air) and they always forget the security pins on one or more of your items then the alarm at the door goes.off when you exit leaving you standing there looking like a ********1 reply
