I purchased a beautiful watch from Swarovski. When replacing the battery I was advised the mechanism needed to be replaced. For 7 months I have had to follow up over and over again only to be told nobody in SA has the mechanism. When the fault was originally found I was told I would get a quote to send to Austria. Today I get told they will get a quote. Shocking after sales service - technically and customer experience. After reading other complaints - I’m in for another year if I’m lucky. What’s going on Swarovski?
I placed two orders in June and July totalling 10 Bags. I received 1. The representative Allison Coombes has on 15 separate occasions said she will refund me. I received a random amount of R450 on the 18th October 4 months after the first order was placed. Total outstanding R2050. A horrific experience.
